It is a great read, by a local author, who has a vast knowledge of all thing|About the Author|Glenn C. Kuebeler is a retired Hercules Inc. chemical engineer with a strong commitment to the pursuit of Sandusky area history. He grew up on a Castalia farm bordering Cold Creek's tailrace from the Heywood flour mill.

Over the past hundreds of years, trillions of gallons of pure, crystal clear water have flowed through the subterranean aquifer system under Huron and Erie Counties in Ohio.
